Tony Hughes

More than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, which includes 15 years specialising in delay and disruption claims, cost, contract and claim management. His experience has embraced several complex projects, including power generation, building schemes, naval ship building projects, rail projects, civil engineering schemes and major mining and oil & gas mega projects. He has worked in a variety of countries including the Ireland, UK, Middle East, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Australia.

Experience of mediation, adjudication and arbitration. He has provided such services to contractors, employers, consultants and architects, and he has worked with several leading international law firms.

Tony's project control and management experience includes advice on strategy and implementation on projects valued up to $1.5 billion.
